FRED THOMPSON DECLARES
Fred Thompson, better known as “that guy from Law and Order”, has declared his candidacy for president, to the surprise of no one. I must be honest. I don’t know that much about Fred Thompson. I know he was in Iron Eagle III. I know he’s a Republican. I know he’s kind of an asshole. I know that some people think he is lazy. Whatever. Only time will tell at this point.
I do, however, know one thing for sure: FRED THOMPSON LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE EMPEROR PALPATINE*. Observe:

See? Creepy. This not a good sign. Bush may be stupid, intellectually lazy, arrogant, horrible, and deeply insecure, but Emperor Palpatine is not only evil, but POWERED BY THE DARK SIDE. Keep your eyes open Citizens! Don’t let what happened to the Galactic Republic happen to America. If it does, and if the new trilogy is any indication, the process will be boring and hard to follow.
*That’s the Emperor from the Star Wars Movies for any of my Non-Geek readers.
