White House refuses to turn over subpoenaed papers
So it’s on then. Time to put the good ole’ constitution to another hardy test. It’s times like these that I wish Bush hadn’t been able to pick two of the supreme court justices. Oh well. I guess we’ll see how impartial they really are. Should be fun to watch.
