Apology
I sincerely apologize for yesterday’s entry and regret any harm, emotional or physical that may have been caused by the reckless use of the word ‘wiener’ or the phrase ‘bird wiener’ in particular. It was hurtful, crude, and beneath the high moral standards we at Brain Pan try to set each and every working day, weather permitting. I mean what if a child had been reading. WHAT THEN. It would kill to think that some small, impressionable child could have been corrupted by a no account swill merchant, such as myself.
I would also like to apologize to any birds that may have been offended by my comments. When I wrote about ‘little bird wieners’ I did not mean to suggest that birds are anything but well endowed for their size. I am sure that all the female birds have no complaints. In fact, I want to go on record RIGHT NOW, and let it be know that I think that you, the bird, are in fact a beautiful and noble creature, and anyway there are a lot of birds around so things must be fine in the wiener department. See. I’m being lude again. I should just stop. Sorry about the apology.
